Tell us about your situation.

Fields marked * are required. A few sentences is plenty; we’ll ask for detail when we speak.

Where the business is registered, what it does, and what you think needs doing. Please don’t include passport, tax ID or bank account numbers here.

Preferred way to talk

Please don’t attach or paste tax returns, passports or bank statements. Once we’ve spoken, we’ll give you a secure way to share anything we need.

We’ll only use your details to reply to this enquiry.

After you send it

Five steps from your message to a filed return.

The same for a single registration as for a year of bookkeeping in several countries. You always know what happens next, and nothing is filed until you’ve approved it.

  1. A first conversation

By video or phone. We ask where the business is registered, where it trades, what’s already been filed and what’s worrying you. You don’t need to prepare anything formal.

    Usually 30 minutes

  2. A written scope and quote

We set out exactly what we’ll handle, what we’ll need from you, the timeline and the fee, in an engagement letter. Nothing starts until you’ve agreed it.

    Engagement letter

  3. Secure document collection

You get a checklist specific to your filings, not a generic list, and upload documents through a secure portal rather than email or messaging apps.

    Checklist + secure upload

  4. Preparation and review

One person prepares the work and a second reviews it before anything reaches you. Questions come to you in one batch, not a drip of emails.

    Prepared, then reviewed

  5. Your approval, then filing

You see what will be submitted and approve it. We file, send you the confirmation, and add your next obligations to the calendar we keep for you.

    Filed with your sign-off

What to have ready

Bring what you have. We’ll ask for the rest.

You don’t need any of this to send an enquiry, but it makes the first conversation more useful. Have the details to hand; don’t send the documents yet.

  • Tax returns and assessments
  • Bank statements or account numbers
  • Passwords or one-time codes for any portal

What we do instead

How to recognise genuine contact from us

Before you write

Common first questions.

What people usually ask before getting in touch. Country-specific questions are on each country page.

All frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients who aren’t based in the country they need help with?

Yes, and it’s a large part of what we do. A founder in Lahore with a US LLC, a Dubai free zone company selling into the UK, or a US company with staff in Pakistan is exactly the kind of situation our four-country practice is set up for. We work by video, phone and a secure document portal, so where you live doesn’t change how we work together.

What happens after I get in touch?

We arrange a short first conversation to understand your situation. After that we send a written scope: what we’ll do, what we need from you, the timeline and the fee. Work starts only once you’ve agreed to it.

I’ve missed deadlines or haven’t filed for a few years. Can you still help?

Yes. We start by mapping what is outstanding in each country and which items carry the most penalty exposure, then deal with them in that order. Where an authority offers a voluntary disclosure route or penalty relief, we explain whether it’s worth considering in your case.

How do your fees work?

Most registrations and annual returns are quoted as a fixed fee once we know the scope; recurring work such as bookkeeping is usually a monthly fee. You’ll always have the quote in writing before anything starts. [Firm to confirm pricing model.]

Can you work alongside my existing accountant or bookkeeper?

Yes. Clients often keep a local bookkeeper and bring us in for cross-border filings, a specific registration, or a year-end review. We agree who does what at the start so nothing falls between two firms.

Can you guarantee how quickly a registration will be approved?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Processing times belong to the IRS, HMRC, Companies House, the UAE Federal Tax Authority, the FBR, the SECP and the state, emirate and provincial authorities. We can tell you what’s typical, submit complete applications, and follow up when something stalls.

Not ready to write yet?

Start with the country your obligations are in.

Each country page explains how its tax system works for a business, the authorities involved and the key filing dates.

Ready when you are

A few lines is enough to get started.

Send the form above or write to us directly. Either way, you’ll have a written scope and fee before any work begins.
